Verano en España
This summer, Sugar (Bar.Deck.Lounge) is bringing in Spanish fiestas for our guests through the renowned Spanish Estrella Damm beer from Barcelona and a selection of delectable tapas. The promotion features a beer flight, consisting of three types of beer – Estrella Damm, Estrella Damm Inedit and Estrella Damm Lemon, with a choice of five tapas, including Gambas Pil Pil, Chorizo Croquette, Tortilla de Patatas, Empanadas de Pollo and Jamon Serrano on Toast.
Each signature beer has its own characteristics. Estrella Damm has a rich and creamy head and a slightly bitter aftertaste; Estrella Damm Inedit and Estrella Damm Lemon, on the other hand, promise fruitier and floral aromas and yet a creamy finish.
Each set is priced at HK$120* and available from 16 July to 31 August.
Gin Blossoms
Summer calls for a more refreshing and lighter weight cocktail. Sugar has crafted a gin and flower combo to freshen up a hot summer day, featuring Floral Blush, an aromatic cocktail made with Gin Mare, raspberry juice, lemon juice and infused rose syrup, and Gin Bloom, a classic gin and tonic using Hendrick’s Gin and topped with Fever Tree premium tonic and lemon bitters.
Each cocktail is priced at HK$110* and available from 16 July to 31 August.
EAST Weekend Afternoon Tea
Be on time to capture the essence of summer blossoms!
Feast (Food by EAST) is now offering a new weekend afternoon tea set with a floral twist. The afternoon tea set is inspired by a wide range of blossoms, namely butterfly pea, rose and cherry blossom. The set features a Lobster Treasure Box, Goose Liver Crème Brûlée, Hokkaido Scallop Tartlet, Beet Pesto Crostini, Fruit Scones, Lychee Rose Chiffon, Triple Cheesecake, Blueberry Butterfly Pea Tart and Cherry Blossom Macarons, allowing guests to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle by taking advantage of the wide spectrum of flavours offered by both savoury and sweet items.
The afternoon tea set is available from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on weekends and public holidays at HK$368* for two, and an additional HK$240* for an extra person.
