Feast (Food by EAST), the award-winning all-day dining destination at EAST, Beijing is pleased to present its all-new Surf & Turf semi-buffet dinner and weekend semi-buffet brunch to celebrate the summer season. Available from 28 July, the semi-buffet will offer more of an extensive selection of fresh seafood, premium beef and other irresistible delicacies that will leave guests feeling spoilt for choice.
Inspired by international cuisines, both the Surf & Turf semi-buffet dinner and semi-buffet weekend brunch are created with only the freshest, high quality ingredients, including the all-new freshly shucked imported oysters from around the world and bright red whole Boston lobsters with drawn butter, along with the existing favourites, like plump green-lipped mussels from New Zealand, a tantalising array of fresh snow crab legs, crabs and much more. Indulge in the rich and succulent flavours of the finest seafood delicacies, fresh from the ocean.
Besides the buffet spread, guests may choose from a menu of main courses, prepared to-order in the vibrant open kitchen at Feast. The Surf & Turf dinner presents a difficult choice between the Feast Black Cod, Seared Crispy Skinned Salmon, The Tomahawk and other tempting treats, while the scrumptious weekend brunch courts a healthy weekend appetite with the Feast Half Lobster and Prawn Pasta, Stacked Fluffy Pancakes, Grilled Prime Rib and more.
Guests can also choose to spoil themselves with our new free-flow drinks packages with an additional cost, featuring a wide range of juices, soft drinks, teas and house wines. For an even more indulgent experience, guests may choose to enhance their meal with free-flow Champagne for an additional RMB198 per person.

The Surf & Turf semi-buffet dinner is available every Friday to Sunday, 5.30pm till 10pm, priced at RMB388 per person. The weekend semi-buffet brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday, 11.30am till 3pm, priced at RMB388 per person.
