XIAN, the chic bar and lounge at EAST, Beijing has unveiled a host of new features, including refreshed food and drinks offerings, an outdoor craft beer bar and live sessions by the re-launched house band, promising guests a refreshing experience this summer.
Launched in late May, the newly-curated menu at XIAN introduces more original cocktail creations – including “Legends of the Fall”, “Rum Diary” and “Frozen”, among others – alongside the bar’s enduring selection of fine wines and whiskeys. The food menu offers a mouthwatering range of savoury items perfect for sharing over drinks, from cheese and cold cut platters to imported oysters and fresh pizzas baked to-order.
As an answer to Beijing’s growing craft beer scene, XIAN presents its all-new outdoor bar, The Craft Container, serving craft beers on tap. Made from a re-purposed shipping container and reflecting XIAN’s contemporary, industrial-chic look, the bar signifies EAST, Beijing’s continued commitment to innovation and sustainability, offering a selection of freshly-poured beers from three of Beijing’s favourite craft breweries, Jing-A, Slow Boat and NBeer.
Fans of live music are in for a treat at XIAN with the introduction of its re-launched house band, Unity. Young, energetic and versatile, the talented and experienced band sets the mood with a dynamic multi-genre song list that includes pop, soul and Chinese classics.
Located on the first floor of EAST, Beijing, XIAN is a bar and live music venue with a distinctly modern vibe, inspired by the whimsical and industrial elements of the neighbouring 798 art district.
